Ik werk in Enschede met IoPT individueel en met een groep. In mijn opleidingen richt ik me vooral op begeleiders in het sociale domein en de jeugdzorg.

Together with Aart Harder via www.lamersenharder.com  we organize online ( ZOOM) and live group workshops (The Hague, Netherlands) and developed introductory courses in IoPT for people who want to get to know Iopt in experience as well as in theoretical background. I am especially interested in what it means to be an Iopt facilitator and what this asks from us.

Welcome to working with me! I work both online, and in my physical workspace in Oslo, Norway. With a background in Peace Research, Gestalt Therapy and Constellations Work, after I met Franz Ruppert in 2008, I have been working with Franz’ theory and method to heal my own trauma, and to support my clients work and self-encounters.

In my practice based in Essenheim, Germany I mainly  work with IoPT and Craniosacral Therapy. I offer IoPT sessions to individuals and in different group settings, in person and online (Zoom), in German and English. Birgit Kretzschmar (www.birgit-kretzschmar.de) and I , we organize IoPT trainings and year groups in person.

Practices IoPT since April 2012. Attended First International Training(FR;VB;TK) and First Advanced Training (FR;MT) Groups simutaneously in 2013. Followed by Advanced IoPT Trainings with Franz Ruppert and Marta Thomsen in Oslo, Norway 2014-15,2015-16 and Munich 2017-2018, this is a life-long process
