Overview
I am an experienced facilitator based in Sussex (SE England), and I have been working with IoPT for my own healing since 2012.
I offer weekly online workshops, Introductory Courses, individual sessions (online & in person), in person events & group workshops, including an IoPT support group for mothers in East Sussex.
My particular passion is working with parents – introducing the language of trauma into the family home, to create a safer, more loving environment for both adults and children.
I am dedicated to working with my own early trauma; continuing to develop a tender, authentic relationship with myself, my partner and my children, as well as holding a clear, compassionate space for those whom I have the privilege to accompany on their own journey of healing.
