I am an experienced facilitator based in Sussex (SE England), and I have been working with IoPT for my own healing since 2012.

I am a curious, open-minded and open-hearted woman, a psychotherapist, a researcher. Being a psychologist for more than 25 years, I have been working people to stimulate their psyche's resources to improve their health. I am happy I have been helpful for people on three continents and this improved my life.

Welcome to working with me! I work both online, and in my physical workspace in Oslo, Norway. With a background in Peace Research, Gestalt Therapy and Constellations Work, after I met Franz Ruppert in 2008, I have been working with Franz’ theory and method to heal my own trauma, and to support my clients work and self-encounters.

I work one-to-one in my practice in The Hague and online via ZOOM. Languages:  German, Dutch and English. www.coretanima.com
Together with Aart Harder via www.lamersenharder.com  we organize online ( ZOOM) and live group workshops (The Hague, Netherlands) and developed introductory courses in IoPT for people who want to get to know Iopt in experience as well as in theoretical background. I am especially interested in what it means to be an Iopt facilitator and what this asks from us.
