Followed by Advanced IoPT Trainings with Franz Ruppert and Marta Thomsen in Oslo, Norway 2014-15,2015-16 and Munich 2017-2018, this is a life-long process

Welcome to working with me! I work both online, and in my physical workspace in Oslo, Norway. With a background in Peace Research, Gestalt Therapy and Constellations Work, after I met Franz Ruppert in 2008, I have been working with Franz’ theory and method to heal my own trauma, and to support my clients work and self-encounters.

INSIG Provides IoPT based individual and couple counselling and some complementary health supporting methods (Fasting, Ice bathing). We are located in Schluchsee (Baden-Württemberg, Germany) but have a well established online offer, providing counselling in German, French, English, Dutch, Russian and Latvian.
